What are the ‘organized recreational activities? How do I find out when/where weekly activities are taking place?
During the 10-week main summer season from June 25-Sept 5, 2022, our activities director leads daily activities for children and adults, including an ice cream social, movie night, "Stunt night", "tea room", water regatta, evening volleyball, scavenger hunt, hikes and more, as well as a multitude of junior and senior sporting events and recreation tournaments including tennis, ping pong, shuffleboard, horseshoes, fishing, croquet, pool, and others.
Activity times and locations are posted outside of the Recreation Hall and on the Lodge porch. Any staff member would also be more than happy to help.
*Some adjustments have been made to our regularly scheduled activities due to COVID-19; please see our bulletin boards for the schedule or inquire at the Office.
Are guests allowed to have campfires outside of the organized MBL activities?
MBL has three fire pits that can be reserved by guests for a small fee which includes one firewood bundle. We do restrict outside firewood being used on the property to reduce the risk to our environment. We have firewood bundles available for purchase in the MBL store. An adult must be present.
During the event of a municipal fire ban, we will be unable to offer campfire rentals.
